Boy.

I never expected to fall for someone so close to my leaving here for good, but it has indeed happened. Not only do I like this boy, but the feeling is mutual. =) We're not official, nor are we really "talking," but we are going out on a date this Saturday night, and I couldn't be more excited.

He has the prettiest green eyes. He's so respectful, but not super-nice to the point of being creepy (like other guys I know...). We have enough in common to the point where we aren't exactly alike. He holds my hand when we walk down the hallway together and when he's not there, being stuck at school seems like torture.

I'm really liking life right now.

Mom wants me to sing this for graduation, but I'm not so sure (the first verse works, though!). Any opinions?

P.S.: I saw Carrie Underwood last night in Pikeville and she was absolutely amazing. She is absolutely gorgeous and so genuine. I'm glad there are still a handful of performers like her. =)
